Required

Minimum of 1-4+ years of experience
Familiarity with general litigation, labor & employment and medical malpractice fields of Law
Strong understanding of State and Federal court rules and procedures
Excellent computer skills with knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Word
Ability to format briefs and generate Table of Contents and Table of Authorities in native Word
Experience with Adobe Acrobat
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to work independently as well as with the team
Exceptional organizational skills

Preferred

Experience with IManage
Experience with Court Alert
