Responsibilities

Minimum 2+ years of investment banking experience, M&A experience required

Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, LBO analysis, and deal structuring

Experience preparing pitch books, CIMs, board materials, and management presentations

Solid foundation in accounting, corporate finance, and market trends

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong executive presence

Ability to manage multiple workstreams, collaborate cross-functionally, and thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment

A high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and strong work ethic
