Collaborate with department leaders to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles

Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals

Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring teams

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation

Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

Build and nurture a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings

Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and industry meetups

Monitor recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness and recommend improvements
