Responsibilities

Lead financial analysis, credit modeling, and due diligence for new investment opportunities, including structuring terms and preparing investment committee materials

Monitor existing investments by analyzing performance, covenant compliance, and risk exposure; prepare regular reporting and recommend strategic actions

Source and evaluate deal flow, maintain industry knowledge to identify emerging trends and opportunities

Proactively identify and originate private credit investment opportunities through sponsor coverage, networking, and market outreach to build a robust pipeline
