They are seeking a Bilingual Personal Injury Pre-Suit Case Manager / Paralegal to manage pre-litigation caseloads, maintain communication with clients and insurance providers, and ensure accurate case documentation.

Responsibilities

Capable of overseeing 75+ pre-suit personal injury files
Request medical records, insurance limits, and compile medical bill summaries
Demonstrate a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues
Prepare closing statements and maintain accuracy in case documentation
Conduct and maintain positive and enthusiastic interactions with all clients, medical providers, and insurance companies
Manage communications and correspondence to keep cases on track
Maintain updated notes, records, and documentation in the case management system
Uphold the firm’s high standards of organization, accountability, and client care

Required

Bilingual (Spanish and English required) must be able to communicate fluently and professionally in both languages
2+ years of experience handling pre-suit personal injury cases
Strong understanding of personal injury processes, insurance claims, and medical documentation
Excellent communication skills with a client-first mindset
High level of attention to detail and time management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software
Dependable, proactive, and professional in all interactions
