Qualification
Required
3–5 years in a leadership role in construction, restoration, or specialized cleaning
A calm, solution-oriented mindset when challenges come up
A hands-on attitude and you're not afraid to jump in and support the crew
Strong organizational skills to manage schedules, paperwork, and project details
Natural leadership that motivates and guides your team with clarity
A team-first mentality and the ability to collaborate with all departments
Reliability, showing up, following through, and staying calm in urgent situations
Must pass a criminal background check
Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
Must have a valid driver's license
Must have a clean motor vehicle record (MVR)
Must have reliable transportation to the office
