Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Reconcile bank and credit card statements
Track job costs and budgets through BuilderTrend
Prepare and process payroll
Generate financial reports and support management with budget tracking
Handle vendor payments, invoicing, and client billing
Ensure compliance with company and state accounting standards
Qualification
Required
Proven bookkeeping experience (3+ years preferred)
Proficiency in BuilderTrend required
Strong knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software
Understanding of construction or project-based accounting
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
