Responsibilities

Perform routine laboratory tasks such as seed dropping, crushing, planting, harvesting, counting, grinding, and reagent preparation
Assist with operating laboratory equipment to generate accurate and reliable data
Support the receipt, inspection, ordering, and stocking of laboratory supplies and raw materials
Follow established laboratory procedures, safety guidelines, and work instructions
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory work environment
Adapt to changing laboratory tasks and workflows based on production schedules and seasonal demands

Qualification

Associate degree in BiologyLaboratory safety practicesGeneral laboratory proceduresAttention to detailTeam-oriented experience

Required

Associate degree in Biology or a related scientific field
Ability to follow standard laboratory procedures and written instructions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy
Ability to stand for extended periods (4–6 hours) while performing laboratory tasks
Basic understanding of laboratory safety practices
Prior experience in a fast-paced and/or team-oriented work environment
Familiarity with general laboratory procedures and safety protocols
