Responsibilities
Provide efficient legal support from a case's inception through resolution
Conduct client interviews to gather relevant information for cases
Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, such as pleadings, motions and discovery
Maintain case files and document management systems
Review and analyze documents for discovery purposes
Work closely with handling attorneys and other staff
Qualification
Required
Experience as a personal injury paralegal
Knowledge of Court filing systems such as NYSCEF, PACER and E-law
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast paced, professional and supportive environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal certificate preferred, but not required
Bilingual preferred, but not required
