Responsibilities
Drive performance through membership sales, rebooking, retail, and service revenue
Create a strong culture of service, accountability, and education
Coach, motivate, and develop your team to hit individual and center goals
Manage daily operations including staffing, scheduling, inventory, and performance reviews
Execute promotions, events, and local marketing initiatives to grow the client base
Partner with ownership to support multi-location growth
Qualification
Required
4–5 years of people management experience, preferably in spa, beauty, wellness, fitness, or membership-based businesses
Fluent in reading a P&L, analyzing the financial impact of initiatives, forecasting business needs, and creating reports to measure success
Proven track record in sales leadership and team development, including implementing detailed processes and demonstrating their impact
Lead with empathy, balancing care for your team and clients with a results-driven, customer-centric mindset
Passionate about skincare, client experience, and delivering measurable results
Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills
Available to work weekends
