Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

Provide warm, friendly client service
Interact with clients in person and on the phone
Check clients in for scheduled appointments and walk-in emergencies
Payment processing
Efficiently answer high volume of phone calls on multi-line phone system
Schedule Doctor and Technician appointments for both hospital locations
Have excellent communication skills (both written and oral) and attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a complex work environment where your team is handling many tasks at once

Required

18-years old or older
High school diploma or GED
2+ years customer service experience
Fluent in English (written and oral)
Basic computer skills
Must be able to lift or move 40lbs by yourself
Background check and 3 professional references are required when offered a position
Comfortable around animals, clients, and medical procedures
Ability to walk, stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, and feel using hands and arms on a regular and consistent basis, sitting and standing for long periods of time
1 weekend day per week, either Saturday or Sunday
2-3 holidays per year. Holidays are assigned at the beginning of the year or after completing your training period
High school or equivalent (Required)
