Responsibilities

Provide high-level administrative and legal support to the Managing Partner
Manage calendars, deadlines, travel, and meeting coordination
Draft, proofread, and format correspondence, pleadings, and legal documents
Maintain organized digital and physical case files
Communicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and internal staff
Assist with case preparation, filing, and document management
Track tasks, priorities, and follow-ups to keep matters moving forward
Handle confidential information with discretion

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Prior experience as a legal assistant or paralegal (law firm experience preferred)

Highly organized with strong time-management abilities
Proficiency with legal practice software and Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Professional demeanor and client-service mindset
