Responsibilities
Performing analysis of new and existing Mainframe applications systems to understand the impact of proposed modifications, including input/output requirements, information flow, and software requirements
Designing and executing appropriate documentation, testing, debugging and support processes in accordance with departmental policy
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or a related discipline
Five (5) years of experience in the IT industry
Five (5) or more years of COBOL, CICS, and DB2 required
Hands on experience with MFT Flows in GoAnywhere or another MFT (Sterling, Axway, MoveIT) platform
Hands on experience with installation of MFT on Linux
Knowledge of FTP, SSH FTP, and FTP over SSL
Knowledge of PGP encryption concepts
Cobol Dev on Mainframe (JCL, COBOL)
z/OS mainframe experience
Experience with C programming in Linux
Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) - HIPAA X12 5010 (HIPPA 834,837,277,999,270,276)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to communicate with customers, support personnel, application development personnel and management
Ability to work in a team environment with multiple team members, as well as productively as an individual
Ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines with a strong attention to detail
