Senior Oracle Integration & Reporting Developer (OSB / OIC / BIP) (17282)
The Baer Group is seeking a Senior Oracle Integration & Reporting Developer to support a large-scale ERP transformation. The role focuses on building and supporting integrations and reports across Oracle ERP Cloud and telecom systems, with active involvement in SIT, UAT, and go-live support.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and support integrations using Oracle Service Bus (OSB) and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
Integrate Oracle ERP Cloud (SCM, Finance) with OSS/BSS, network systems, logistics partners, and external vendors
Develop BI Publisher (BIP) reports and business documents (invoices, POs, shipping docs)
Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and defect resolution
Analyze integration errors, logs, and data issues across ERP and middleware
Support deployment, cutover, and post-go-live hypercare
Collaborate with functional, technical, and business teams
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in Oracle integration and reporting development
Strong hands-on expertise in OSB, OIC, and Oracle BI Publisher
Experience integrating Oracle ERP Cloud with external systems
Strong SQL and troubleshooting skills
Preferred
High-volume integration experience preferred
Oracle certifications (Integration Cloud, BI Publisher)
Experience with ERP Cloud events, OCI streaming, or ERP transformations
