Talent Acquisition Program Intern
Solvyr is an HR consultancy firm that helps candidates match with potential roles using an Artificial Intelligence System. They are seeking a highly motivated Talent Program Coordinator to support the entire employee lifecycle, focusing on recruitment, event planning, and talent development.
Responsibilities
Assist with full-cycle program management, from planning and recruitment to onboarding, development workshops, and program evaluation
Coordinate and execute recruitment events, including scheduling interviews, organizing fairs, and preparing logistical materials
Support the creation and delivery of talent development workshops and initiatives designed to engage and grow talent
Manage program-related tasks, such as keeping requisitions updated, tracking data, and reporting recruitment metrics
Partner with external stakeholders, universities, and vendors to promote Apex programs and ensure operational success
Provide on-site and virtual support for recruiting events, development workshops, and team initiatives, reinforcing our commitment to creating a positive employee experience
Support the broader Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Program Teams
Travel to attend recruitment fairs, campus visits, and talent development events as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
Strong organizational skills
Energy and enthusiasm to grow in HR
Ability to collaborate on impactful projects
Preferred
Internship or experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, event planning, or project management is strongly preferred
Leadership experience in campus organizations such as fraternities, sororities, or student councils is a plus
