They are seeking an experienced Senior IT Lead specializing in Warehouse Systems to lead the design, support, and implementation of warehouse management systems, ensuring successful project execution and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
Lead the functional design and implementation of warehouse system solutions to meet business requirements
Provide warehouse training and supporting documentation for system changes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, development, and stakeholders, to ensure successful project delivery
Provide functional guidance and mentorship to IT teams
Conduct system/architecture reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the WMS, WCS, and other supporting applications
Develop and maintain documentation, including design specifications, system modifications, integration plans, and user guides
Stay up to date with the latest developments and trends in a WMS system and supply chain management technologies
Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk management activities
Ensure data integrity, system performance, and scalability of WMS solutions
Up to 50% travel required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in IT leadership roles within supply chain management systems, specifically focused on WMS systems
Hands-on experience with functional warehouse operations
Strong knowledge of WMS architecture, including configuration, extension/customization, and reporting
Proficiency in database management systems, particularly SQL Server and writing SQL queries
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proven leadership experience, including mentoring and guiding technical teams
Preferred
Advanced degree (Master's) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
Experience integrating WMS with other enterprise systems
Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and modern supply chain technologies
Knowledge of data analytics tools and reporting frameworks beyond WMS systems
Experience in process optimization and driving efficiency improvements in warehouse operations
