Responsibilities
Perform functional and regression testing of Genesys IVR applications across voice and digital channels
Use Cyara to design, execute, and automate IVR test scenarios and call flows
Validate call routing, prompts, DTMF inputs, speech recognition, and backend integrations
Identify, log, and track defects using test management and defect tracking tools
Collaborate with developers, IVR designers, and business teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues
Support UAT and production validation , including post-deployment testing
Ensure IVR solutions meet business, performance, and compliance requirements
Prepare test reports and provide test execution status to stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Genesys IVR Tester with Cyara experience
