Qualification
Required
Strong HR functional knowledge including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws
Proven experience in organizational development, leadership training, and employee engagement strategies
Solid skills in communication, conflict resolution, and building relationships across all levels of the organization
Ability to lead and mentor HR teams and collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively
Experience with HR technology, reporting, data analysis, and process improvements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus
Proven track record in managing HR processes in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
