They are seeking a dynamic and experienced full-time Veterinary Receptionist to join their customer service team, responsible for greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
Warmly greet clients in-person and over the phone, addressing inquiries related to veterinary care, boarding, and grooming services
Schedule appointments for veterinary visits, boarding reservations, and grooming appointments
Provide clients with information on pricing, service details, and availability
Provide updates to pet owners about their animals' well-being as requested
Handle inquiries and address concerns from pet owners professionally and courteously
Detail oriented and multi-tasking abilities
Great work ethic and team player
Handle incoming and outgoing email
Process payments for visits, medications, food, grooming and boarding
Go over wellness plans and provide billing estimates to clients
Check in clients dropping off patients for daily procedures
Process daily check-in paperwork for patient procedures
Able to work weekends, morning or afternoon shifts. 8 hour shifts generally
Ensure a welcoming and organized reception area
Provide excellent customer service and help maintain a positive client experience
Able to lift 35lbs
Qualification
Required
Have great people and customer service skills
Must be reliable, detail-oriented person and compassionate
Veterinary Reception experience 1-2 years required
Must be willing to work some weekends and flexible shifts
Must be 18 years old or older
Preferred
Previous veterinary experience preferred
