Randstad Digital Americas is seeking Senior Developers for contractor assignments in CRM on the Planview Program. In this role, you will deliver products to internal customers and mentor other developers while demonstrating leadership within your area.

Responsibilities

These contractors will use programming, analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving skills and collaboration skills on implementation of the Planview Connected Solution
Additionally, you'll mentor other developers within the organization and demonstrate leadership within your area

Qualification

Required

Experience with AI programming
Familiarity with at least one computer programming language - Python and/or Javascript
Experience with basic REST is a must-have
Familiarity with working with remote APIs, leveraging AzureOpenAI APIs and/or our internal Sega API
Able to demonstrate RAG or Agents (i.e. LLM with tools or RAG Chatbot)
Minimum of 7 years related work experience programming and supporting software applications
{OR} The completion of a technical training program and 4 years related work experience programming and supporting software applications
{OR} Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology related field of study and 4 years related work experience programming and supporting software applications

Preferred

Some experience with Planview Portfolios and portfolio management would be helpful
The GenAI adjacent skills such as evals, Model Context Protocol (MCP)
Addressing new problems specific to GenAI programming that don't exist when doing traditional, deterministic programming
Technical troubleshooting, diagnosing and problem-solving skills
