Qualification
Required
Current and active NMLS license required
Experience in loan origination, including conventional and specialized loan products (e.g., Reverse Mortgages)
Proficiency in reviewing loan application documents for compliance with industry and legal standards
Strong customer service and communication skills to guide clients through the mortgage process
Sales and relationship-building skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Proficiency in technology and mortgage software systems
Ability to work independently in a remote environment with time management and organization skills
