Responsibilities
Manage team of accountants to oversee tax work is completed and ensure clients are taken care of
Manage a group of client relationships by responding to their questions, meeting with them for tax planning throughout the year, and helping them with other accounting/advisory needs
Tax return preparation for more complicated returns
Review tax returns prepared by staff and senior level associates
Prepare tax plan documents and use tax planning software to identify most ideal tax planning strategies
Deliver tax plans for our clients throughout the year
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
5+ years of tax experience working with small business owners
CPA or Enrolled Agent license required
A servant's heart and positive attitude for helping business owners understand the tax side of their businesses
The ability to work in a fast-paced, high growth environment
The desire to work with an outstanding team
