The main focus of this role is to develop and grow larger CARE and COMMITMENT agreements for key account customers across the United States, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.

Responsibilities

Key Account Acquisition
Win strategic target Maintenance Agreements in a Defined Target List
Working directly with end-customers key stakeholders and/or our designated account management team to develop and maintain strong relationships with identified key accounts, understanding their business needs and challenges
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service and solutions
Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to each key account, focusing on long-term value and growth for the agreement-based solutions
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing key or corporate accounts
Collaborate with the sales team to align strategies and optimize overall sales performance
Analyze key account performance and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth
Through new customer expansions or locations across the US or assigned territory
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, revenue forecasts, and key account metrics
Work closely with sales, planning and operations teams to ensure a high level of service and customer retention

Qualification

Required

Ambitious and motivated individual
Experience in sales, particularly in agreement-based sales strategies
Ability to develop and grow key account relationships
Strong understanding of customer satisfaction and revenue growth
Experience with GAP/MAP assessments
Ability to work in a fast-paced, safety-first environment
Strong relationship-building skills with key stakeholders
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Experience in developing and executing sales strategies
Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Experience in data analysis and reporting
Ability to prepare regular reports on sales activities and key account metrics
Willingness to travel regionally

Preferred

Located in Houston, Dallas, Denver, Kansas City, or St. Louis
Experience in maintenance agreements
Experience in analyzing market trends
