Represent leading companies and creators across entertainment, media, and technology
Litigate complex matters involving film, television, digital content, and emerging technologies, including AI
Play a substantive role in litigation and counseling matters, including discovery, motion practice, and case strategy
Collaborate closely with partners and clients, gaining hands-on experience and increased responsibility
Qualification
Required
3–5 years (ONLY) of litigation experience
Demonstrated success in handling complex litigation matters, including discovery and motion practice
Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and a commitment to continuous improvement
Creative, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate client needs and navigate evolving legal issues
Comfort working in a highly collaborative environment
Willingness to mentor junior team members and partner effectively with colleagues and clients
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes matters
Strong work ethic and enthusiasm for complex litigation
Excellent analytical, research, and legal writing skills, with a demonstrated commitment to improving brief writing
Proactive, self-starter mindset with a strong client-service orientation
Active admission to practice law in California
Preferred
3–5 years (ONLY) of litigation experience - media/entertainment strongly preferred
