Events Marketing Assistant

SoCal Partners is seeking an Events Marketing Assistant to support the planning and execution of marketing events and brand activations. This role involves coordinating event logistics, engaging with customers, and collaborating with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

Assist with planning, scheduling, and setting up events and promotional activations
Support on-site event execution, including customer engagement and brand representation
Prepare and organize event materials, displays, and promotional items
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and smooth event operations
Gather customer feedback and event insights to support future marketing strategies
Help with light administrative tasks such as coordinating event calendars and tracking inventory
