Responsibilities
Manage multiple external partners who install Moen smart water devices in residential homes, including oversight of rates, quality, and customer satisfaction
Ensure installation operations run smoothly, maintaining high standards for speed and quality
Develop and onboard new installation partners to increase coverage, reduce costs, and improve quality
Create and update installation procedures and communications for plumbers and contractors to ensure efficient order processing
Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on installation success and reducing time-to-install
Engage cross-functional stakeholders to resolve installer and customer issues promptly
Communicate with internal teams to support new and existing business, positioning installation services as a competitive differentiator
Manage a team of two associates supporting these objectives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent construction or plumbing experience
Plumbing license required
5+ years experience in Operations, Logistics, &/or Construction – performing hands on plumbing work a plus
2 – 5 years managing networks of independent tradespeople, or partnering with third parties who provide access to those trades
Ability to effectively communicate across multiple disciplines and levels, ranging from senior management to peers
Thorough understanding of construction &/or plumbing installation project management
Position is home-based with travel up to 25% of the time
Preferred
Master Plumbing license preferred
Prior experience in construction project management &/or plumbing preferred
