Responsibilities
Be responsible for trouble-shooting service issues including, but not limited to, HVAC, general appliance, carpentry, electrical and plumbing
Ensure that both the inside and the exterior of the property meet both company standards and applicable laws
Respond to maintenance tickets
Follow-up with residents and the office staff on status of work
Work in an on-call rotation that will require night and weekend flexibility
Qualification
Required
Hard-working and customer service minded individual
Prior apartment maintenance experience
Trouble-shooting service issues including HVAC, general appliance, carpentry, electrical and plumbing
Ensure that both the inside and the exterior of the property meet both company standards and applicable laws
Respond to maintenance tickets
Follow-up with residents and the office staff on status of work
Work in an on-call rotation that will require night and weekend flexibility
Active and valid driver's license and a personal vehicle
Live within a 30-minute commute of the properties
High school diploma or GED
One-year related experience, or equivalent education and experience
Preferred
HVAC/EPA/CFC Certification
