Bilingual Administrative Support Team Associate
SmartPro Financial is a company focused on helping clients win with money following Dave Ramsey's principles. They are seeking a Bilingual Administrative Support Team Associate to assist with account paperwork, maintenance, and client service within their support department.

Responsibilities
Work with our rep-advisors on all customer service-related communication
Respond to all emails and voicemails in a timely manner
Prepare paperwork for new and existing accounts
Review paperwork for accuracy and submit paperwork for processing
Follow-up with clients via phone or email for additional information requests or to make calls required to complete transactions
Maintain detailed notes in the CRMs and adhere to all compliance requirements
Other projects and tasks as assigned by the supervisor or rep-advisor
Qualification
Required
Must be fluent in both Spanish and English
Live in the Manatee/Sarasota, FL area (or be willing to relocate)
Office experience necessary but open to training the right candidate, even without prior experience in the financial industry
Has strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Is energized by serving others
Is comfortable talking on the phone
Is extremely organized
Enjoys improving processes and having fun while doing it
Is an excellent multitasker with the ability to prioritize well and work independently
Anticipates the needs of others and thinks two steps ahead
Enjoys helping resolve problems and can roll with the punches
Enjoys a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy and flexibility
