Responsibilities

Collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT teams to assess requirements and translate them into Epic Beaker AP/CP workflows and configurations
Build and configure the Beaker AP/CP module in accordance with best practices and implementation timelines
Participate in and lead workflow validation sessions, design reviews, and application optimization discussions
Support interface development, data conversions, and system testing in coordination with technical teams
Partner with laboratory departments and Imaging stakeholders to ensure clinical and operational alignment
Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including build specifications, test scripts, training guides, and change requests
Participate in the integrated testing (IT), user acceptance testing (UAT), cutover planning, and post-go-live stabilization
Provide application support and troubleshooting during implementation and after go-live
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, clinical standards, and IT security protocols
Provide weekly status reports to organizational and iMethods leadership as directed
Other related duties as assigned

Qualification

Epic Beaker AP CertificationEpic Beaker CP CertificationEpic implementation experienceLaboratory workflows knowledgeInterpersonal skillsCommunication skillsProject management familiarity

Required

[Active] Epic Beaker AP Certification and/or Epic Beaker CP (Current or recent NVT highly preferred)
Minimum three (3) years of experience in Epic Beaker AP build, implementation, or support
Proven experience in full-cycle Epic implementations, including design, build, and go-live support
Strong understanding of lab and laboratory workflows in an inpatient and outpatient setting
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
Familiarity with project management methodologies and healthcare IT governance
