Responsibilities
Lead business analysis workstreams by setting approach, ensuring documentation quality, and supporting delivery of agreed outcomes
Mentor and coach business analysts, providing day-to-day guidance and peer leadership
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure alignment of solutions with business objectives
Participate in application design and testing to confirm requirements are met
Develop functional and technical requirements documentation
Coordinate and execute timely systems testing
Create and maintain business process models and training materials
Monitor project progress, adjusting as needed to meet timelines and budgets
Facilitate communication and collaboration across IT and business teams
Qualification
Required
5+ years in Business Analysis, preferably within the Supply Chain industry
Familiarity with Tier 1 WMS platforms (e.g., Manhattan WMS) and related IT systems
Strong leadership capabilities, including delegation, goal setting, and team development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Solid organizational and time management skills; ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Analytical ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities; willingness to travel up to 20%
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or related field
Experience with large-scale system implementations or process improvement initiatives
Advanced proficiency in business process modeling tools and documentation standards
Familiarity with Agile or other modern project management methodologies
Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
