LHH is seeking an experienced Complex Litigation Paralegal to join a high-performing legal team in Boca Raton. This role provides the opportunity to work on high-stakes, complex litigation matters, supporting attorneys in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Assist attorneys with all aspects of complex litigation cases, including discovery, document production, and case management

Draft, review, and proofread pleadings, motions, and other legal documents

Prepare deposition, hearing, and trial binders

Coordinate with court reporters, mediators, and other litigation support personnel

Maintain organized case files and track deadlines to ensure compliance with court schedules

Conduct legal research and support attorneys with trial preparation

Required

3+ years of paralegal experience in complex litigation

Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program or equivalent experience
