Responsibilities
The position entails greeting customers, processing hunt applications, handling phone calls and over the counter license sales of hunting and fishing permits
Applicant will be required to study and have knowledge of all fishing and hunting rules, regulations, and hunt dates
Additional duties include data entry, generating sales reports, and cash register reconciliation
Qualification
Required
must be enthusiastic, dependable, and have excellent customer service skills
interest in hunting, fishing, wildlife, and natural resources
good oral and written skills are a must
applicant must be able to work independently
basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, Power Point)
Preferred
basic accounting functions such as receiving and recording cash payments
basic bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, etc
responsible for maintaining calendars, schedules and coordinating appointments, meetings, training, facilities and other activities
experience ordering, receiving, inspecting and storing equipment, merchandise, commodities, materials, and/or supplies
