Review existing operations and propose innovative ideas to boost efficiency and enable continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, or related field
Experience in analytics or business operations via coursework, internships, or projects
Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting
Strong organizational, communication skills, and keen attention to detail
Self-starter mindset with passion for learning and meaningful impact
Preferred
Exposure to business analysis or people operations/systems through projects or academics
Familiarity with work management tools like Workfront, Monday.com, or Workamajig, especially in creative teams
