Responsibilities

Manage all enterprise cloud tenants (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, OCI), with initial primary ownership of OCI to stabilize operations and long-term OCI at ~25%

Design, operate, and automate secure, highly available multi-cloud infrastructure; lead migrations, ensure reliability, and optimize performance and cost

Act as cloud SME, mentor teams, lead cloud initiatives, drive modernization and automation, document standards, and support strategic planning and budgeting

Stay current on cloud technologies, represent IT in stakeholder engagements, and perform additional assigned duties

A Bachelor's degree is required

7+ years of systems administration or technical support experience

Minimum 3 years of hands-on cloud engineering experience

Experience with Azure/O365, Google Workspace, or AWS cloud environments

Familiarity with IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation), scripting, and automation

Experience supporting complex, interconnected server and cloud systems

Bachelor's degree required

O365/Azure Cloud certification required (must be current OR obtained within 6 months of start date)

Maintain enterprise infrastructure security and integrity with strong scripting skills for user onboarding, provisioning, and cloud automation

Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft cloud (AADC, GPO, Azure MFA, Exchange/O365), AWS services, monitoring, automation, virtualization, and container platforms

Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders
