Sales Manager - Telehealth

Responsibilities
Lead from the front a small + growing sales team of more junior staff
Identify, engage, and convert new corporate clients and partners
Oversee end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach to negotiation and closing
Develop tailored value propositions that align with prospect needs
Work closely with marketing, clinical, and operations teams to design impactful partnership proposals and pilot programs
Use data and insights to refine outreach strategies and strengthen market positioning
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in a B2B sales role specialized for at least some part in a telehealth setting, or weight loss / supplement / wellness team with a digital platform
Proven success in winning and growing new accounts via strategic outreach
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Commercially astute, with the ability to tailor complex solutions to client needs
Entrepreneurial mindset, do you bring a proactive, adaptable, and energized approach to the day to day, building from the ground up
A genuine interest in the GLP-1 / supplements or health & wellbeing, and technology space
Proven team leadership capability & player/coach mindset
