Responsibilities

Provide both paralegal and legal assistant support to attorneys handling complex commercial litigation cases

Draft, proofread, and prepare pleadings, discovery requests/responses, correspondence, and other legal documents

Manage case files, including document production, e-filing, and trial preparation

Maintain litigation calendars, deadlines, and attorney schedules

Conduct basic legal research and prepare summaries for attorney review

Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and court staff

Assist with preparation for hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial

Perform general legal assistant duties, including filing, scheduling, billing support, and administrative tasks
