Responsibilities
Create and post Reels, Stories, and Feed content
Develop engaging short-form video content (product demos, party clips, bar/venue use cases, trends, memes)
Write captions, hooks, and CTAs aligned with brand voice
Collaborate with the team to repurpose user-generated content (UGC)
Grow Facebook followers organically through consistent posting, trends, and engagement strategies
Engage with followers via comments, DMs, and story interactions
Monitor and leverage Facebook trends, sounds, and formats relevant to music, nightlife, and college culture
Help define a clear Facebook content strategy (posting cadence, themes, formats)
Track performance metrics (views, reach, engagement, follower growth)
Test new content ideas and iterate based on performance
Qualification
Required
Strong interest in social media marketing, especially Facebook
Experience creating short-form video content (Reels, Tik-Tok, Shorts)
Familiarity with tools like Tik-Tok native editor, CapCut, Canva, or similar
Strong sense of trends, aesthetics, and storytelling
Self-starter mindset — comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
Preferred
Passion for music, nightlife, events, or college culture is a big plus
