Manage vendor platforms and custom solutions
Drive requirements definition, solution design, and implementation planning
Develop and maintain project plans, risk registers, and dependency tracking
Communicate with execs and stakeholders, providing clear status and decision support
Ensure security, compliance, and performance standards are met
Lead vendor selection, contract support, and performance management
Support change management and stakeholder readiness
Extensive experience with SDLC, Agile, or hybrid delivery methodologies
