Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Commercial Lines Coverage and Insurance policies
Strong skills in Account Management and Customer Service
Understanding of Employee Benefits and related insurance products
Experience in the insurance industry is required; relevant certifications such as insurance licenses are preferred
Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively on-site in a professional office environment
Preferred
Proficiency with insurance management systems and tools is a plus
