They are seeking a Procurement Analyst who will be responsible for creating and monitoring purchase orders, analyzing procurement data, negotiating contracts, and managing procurement activities to drive cost efficiency.
Responsibilities
Creating and monitoring purchase orders
Analyzing procurement data to optimize processes
Negotiating contracts with vendors and suppliers
Managing procurement activities to drive cost efficiency
Maintaining effective communication with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and high-quality services
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated experience with Purchase Orders and Procurement processes
Strong Analytical Skills to assess data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
Expertise in Contract Negotiation to secure advantageous supplier agreements
Excellent Communication skills for vendor relations and collaboration with internal teams
Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Experience in procurement or supply chain roles is highly desirable
Preferred
Proficiency in procurement and analytical software tools
