Responsibilities
Design and develop responsive, user-friendly web applications using React.js
Translate UI/UX designs, wireframes, and prototypes into high-quality, reusable code
Ensure pixel-perfect implementation and consistent user experience across browsers and devices
Collaborate with UX designers, product owners, and backend teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and accessibility
Maintain and improve existing UI components and design systems
Implement best practices for state management, component architecture, and testing
Ensure applications meet security, compliance, and regulatory standards typical of financial services
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and design critiques
Clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Qualification
Required
5+ years of professional front-end development experience
Strong expertise in React.js, including hooks, functional components, and modern patterns
Proven experience building UI-intensive applications with strong attention to UX details
Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, Context API, etc.)
Familiarity with UI component libraries and/or building custom design systems
Experience working in financial services, banking, or hedge fund environments (mandatory)
Strong understanding of performance optimization and browser rendering
Experience with REST APIs and integrating front-end applications with backend services
Familiarity with Agile / Scrum development methodologies
