Responsibilities

Directly support Corporate Communications Chief of Staff-related activities by operating routines and supporting program execution

As needed, offer ad-hoc consulting or operational support to major projects or organizational needs/opportunities

Be a force-multiplier driving the effectiveness of GEA and the Corporate Communications team

Individually and collaboratively, diagnose the business critical “gap to goal” in how Corporate Communications works today versus how we should work in the future — and help put the organization on the path to future state

Collaboratively develop, implement, and iterate management practices to enable transparency, efficiency and effectiveness of Corporate Communications

Own timely execution of monthly and quarterly horizontal reporting deliverables related to strategic and operational priorities

Help ensure that programs related are well managed

Advise leadership using institutional knowledge, network of relationships in and out of the organization, and dedication to helping amplify impact

Partner with Admin team to evaluate and manage meeting schedules and time commitments

Provide strategic and executional support for teamwide events

Develop and lead execution of the Corporate Communications learning and development strategy

Collaborate with the GEA Associate Experience team to remain well-managed and identify where to pick-up with a tower-level AX strategy

Appropriately incorporate and collaborate with subject matter experts across GEA and the Enterprise to ensure that all partners have the full support in envisioning and delivering business value
