Responsibilities
Perform component-level repairs on printed circuit board assemblies and subassemblies
Replace and rework electronic components using advanced soldering techniques including surface mount and micro-soldering
Interpret schematics, engineering documentation, and inspection reports
Collaborate with engineering and support teams to ensure repair quality and accuracy
Document repair activities and provide recommendations for part replacement
Track defects and resolutions using enterprise systems
Follow electrostatic discharge practices and manufacturing safety procedures
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or general education diploma
Hands-on experience with electronic component-level repair in a production or manufacturing environment
Strong soldering and rework skills on complex electronic assemblies
Experience working with digital electronics such as microcontrollers, memory devices, and low-power signals
Familiarity with electrostatic discharge handling practices
Active industry-recognized soldering certification prior to start
Preferred
Associate degree or higher in a related technical or electronics field
Experience supporting repair or refurbishment operations
