Responsibilities

Support attorneys in all phases of construction litigation, including case management, discovery, and trial preparation

Draft, review, and organize pleadings, discovery requests/responses, subpoenas, and other legal documents

Manage case files and maintain electronic databases and document management systems

Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorney review

Coordinate with clients, experts, witnesses, and vendors

Assist in preparation of exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders
