Engage with clients to assess their financial goals, needs, and risk tolerance
Develop and present customized financial and retirement strategies
Close new business opportunities with leads provided directly to you
Collaborate with our marketing and support teams to ensure seamless client experiences
Stay current on industry regulations, trends, and best practices
Maintain accurate client information using our CRM and technology tools
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of experience as a Financial Advisor
Series 65, 66, and/or CFP, Insurance
Proven track record of building client relationships and closing business
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
A passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
