Responsibilities

Lead analysis and optimization of product development, sales, and end-to-end data flow processes

Design PLM- and CPQ-enabled workflows using industry best practices

Define functional requirements, use cases, and acceptance criteria

Drive change management initiatives to support new processes and organizational structures

Coach SMEs in adopting structured, scalable workflows and challenge outdated practices constructively

Partner with Solution Architects to streamline data flow and eliminate operational inefficiencies across CAD, PLM, CPQ, CRM, and ERP systems

Provide leadership and best-practice guidance to integration teams on standards and protocols

Support data governance, modeling, and migration validation

Lead or support UAT and post–go-live continuous improvement
