Must be able to fluently and coherently speak and understand Spanish
Engage customers through calls and follow-ups
Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with other team members to enhance service delivery
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
Qualification
Required
Must be able to fluently and coherently speak and understand Spanish
Proven experience in sales, especially in an inside sales or call center environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to quickly understand and present information clearly
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Previous experience in sales or a related field
A degree in a related field
