Senior Professional Services Consultant
The company is a fast-growing enterprise technology company delivering mission-critical SaaS solutions to global customers. They are seeking a Senior Professional Services Consultant to lead complex customer engagements, drive successful solution delivery, and help customers realize maximum value from the platform.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of professional services engagements for enterprise customers
Act as a trusted advisor to customer technical and business stakeholders
Translate customer requirements into solution designs, implementation plans, and configurations
Deliver complex configurations, integrations, and custom solutions
Design and implement customer solutions using the company’s SaaS platform and APIs
Lead data integrations, system configurations, migrations, and environment setup
Collaborate with Solutions Engineering and Product to define best-fit architectures
Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with best practices
Manage scope, timelines, deliverables, and customer expectations across engagements
Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans throughout the delivery lifecycle
Deliver workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer to customer teams
Support go-live readiness and post-launch optimization
Educate customers on platform capabilities, best practices, and advanced use cases
Drive adoption through enablement sessions, documentation, and success planning
Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth handoff post-implementation
Identify opportunities for expansion, optimization, or additional services
Work closely with Sales and Solutions Engineering during pre-sales scoping and discovery
Provide feedback to Product and Engineering on feature gaps, bugs, and customer needs
Contribute to internal playbooks, templates, and reusable assets
Mentor junior consultants and support professional services team growth
Qualification
Required
6–10+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, implementation, or technical delivery roles
Proven experience delivering enterprise SaaS solutions to large customers
Strong technical background with cloud platforms, APIs, integrations, and enterprise systems
Experience working directly with customer stakeholders at multiple levels
Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills
Preferred
Background in data platforms, AI/ML solutions, cloud infrastructure, or analytics tools
Experience with REST APIs, SSO (SAML/OAuth), ETL pipelines, and data warehousing
Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Postman, SQL, or Python
Consulting certifications or relevant technical certifications are a plus
