Lead daily operations of the radio, live event, and digital sales department, setting clear goals and accountability standards

Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team while fostering a culture of growth and success

Provide hands-on coaching and mentorship to elevate team performance in digital and traditional media sales

Build strong client and community relationships to drive business growth

Develop and execute a strong sales strategy to drive revenue across all media channels

Grow key accounts through results-driven, integrated marketing solutions and aggressive new business development

Ensure the team meets and exceeds digital revenue goals while staying ahead of market trends

Lead the full sales process, from prospecting to closing, ensuring long-term client success

Maintain an active presence in the field, coaching Account Executives and meeting with clients

Deliver compelling, customized proposals and optimize campaigns for maximum results
