B2B Outside Sales Representative

Imperium Elite is seeking an energetic and results-driven B2B Outside Sales Representative to join their dynamic sales team. Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and targeted outreach to identify potential B2B clients within assigned territories
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs, showcasing solutions that add value and solve business challenges
Manage a portfolio of existing accounts by nurturing relationships, upselling additional products or services, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Develop strategic territory plans to maximize sales opportunities and expand market presence
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to close deals effectively while maintaining profitability
Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, manage pipelines, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement
Collaborate with marketing teams to implement campaigns that support lead generation and brand awareness efforts
Provide ongoing customer service support, addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally to foster long-term partnerships

Required

Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory management and account growth strategies

Ability to conduct product demos confidently and perform analysis to tailor solutions for clients
Demonstrated ability in cold calling, direct sales, upselling, and customer service excellence

Preferred

Experience in retail sales or inside sales is a plus but not required; a proactive attitude is essential
